Eight Mile Plains
Name: Terravine
Element: Earth
Why: “Terra” evokes groundedness, structure, and the warm, stoneanchored materiality of the façade.
“Vine” introduces softness and growth — a nod to the vertical battens, the organic curvature of the balcony, and the home’s connection to its landscaped surroundings. Together, Terravine expresses a modern residence rooted in strength yet shaped with elegance.
Terravine presents a bold yet refined street presence, defined by its sculptural batten screen, elevated upperlevel cladding, and a striking stonelook feature wall anchoring the entry. The façade blends the selected external finishes into a warm, cohesive palette, softened by rounded porch posts and a Blonde Oak entry door that sets the tone for the home’s contemporary calm.
Inside, the palette shifts to crisp white walls, warm hybrid timber flooring, and Calacatta Gold tiles that introduce subtle movement and understated luxury. The kitchen is a centrepiece of modern refinement, pairing pure white stone benchtops with muted timber cabinetry, brushed brass hardware, and a sculpted island finished in a softly veined stone. A concealed butler’s pantry continues the material story with matching finishes and generous storage.
Living spaces are open, bright, and grounded by warm textures such as hybrid timber flooring and curated lighting to create a sense of ease and everyday luxury. Upstairs, the hybrid flooring continues through the bedrooms and rumpus, creating a seamless, contemporary flow. The master suite is a retreat of quiet sophistication, with stone benchtops, timber cabinetry, brass tapware, and pillshaped mirrors that soften the geometry of the space.
Throughout, Solara Crest is defined by its material richness and architectural clarity. From the sculptural façade to the layered interior palette, every detail has been curated to create a home that feels warm, grounded, and effortlessly modern.
